Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns for refunds on our masks. You are welcome to exchange If contacted within 14 days from date of delivery. Customized masks can not be exchanged. To exchange your product, send us an email at [email protected]. Kindly send back product at your own expense; we do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.

returning items needs to shipped using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please watch your returned item tracking and email us when you delivery confirmation to confirm receipt with us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to inquire about your items to exchange with. There are certain situations where only partial exchange credits are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Please do not purchase more than one mask to simply try on as we are a small business and all items are made to order. We are happy to make a recommendation on masks/colors/size fit before you purchase, pls email us at [email protected].

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit for exchange to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
